Thai Basil Pork
Great Thai dish


  • 1 lbpork cut into thin strips

  • 6 clovegarlic minced

  • 1fresh red chili sliced

  • 1/4 cchicken stock

  • 1 largeegg

  • 4scallions sliced

  • 1/2 cfresh thai basil chopped

  • ·oil for stir frying


  • 2 Tbspoyster sauce

  • 3 Tbspgolden mountain seasoning sauce

  • 1 Tbspfish sauce

  • 1 tspdark soy sauce

  • 1/4 cbrown sugar

  • 2 Tbspfresh lime juice

How to Make Thai Basil Pork

  1. Combine all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add the oil to a Wok or skillet. Stir fry the garlic and chilies for 30 seconds. Add the pork and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Push to the side and add the egg and scramble it and then incorporate into the rest of the ingredients. Add the chicken stock, and sauce reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the green onions and basil. Simmer another 2 minutes. Serve with rice
