Slow Cooker Chicken Saag Curry

  • 1 Tbspvegetable oil

  • 1 mediumonion chopped

  • 4 clovegarlic minced

  • 1 Tbspginger grated

  • 1 tspchili powder

  • 2 tspground coriander

  • 1 tspeach turmeric & garam masala

  • 4 Tbspbrown sugar

  • 2 ctomato sauce

  • 4boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces

  • 4 cfresh spinach

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Saag Curry

  1. Add oil to a pan. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until browned. Add the spices & brown sugar, stir fry a couple of minutes. Add the tomato sauce. Stir then add the spinach and let wilt.
  2. Pour into a crock pot. Add the chicken and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
