Pimento Cheese Sandwich
This famous sandwich available during the Masters Tournament can now be enjoyed at home anytime you want!


  • 1 jar(s)(4 oz.) diced pimiento, drained

  • 1/2 cmayonnaise

  • 1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cmonterey jack with jalapeño pepper cheese, grated

  • 4 oz(1/2 package) light cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tspred onions, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder

  • 1/16 tspcayenne pepper, or to taste

  • 1/16 tspground himalayan sea salt, or to taste

  • 1/16 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

  • 3-4 dash(es)hot sauce such as cholula®, or to taste

How to Make Pimento Cheese Sandwich

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. With a hand mixer, process until the mixture is very well combined and spreadable, stopping to clean the sides of the bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface to prevent from drying out and chill for 30 minutes before making the sandwiches.
