OATMEAL CRISPS
These are very delicate cookies , similar to a lace cookie.. Use only real butter and be sure to pack the dough tight so they don’t crumble. Spacing is also important. Letting them cool on cookie sheet is a must. Now after saying all that , they are really very easy to make and they are scrumpdidlelylisch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cregular rolled oats

  • 1 cbrown sugar, not packed

  • 2 tspbaking powder

  • 1/2 cbutter, melted

  • 1 largeegg,beaten

How to Make OATMEAL CRISPS

  1. Heat oven to 350^. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. set aside.
  2. OATMEAL CRISPS

    Mix the oats, sugar, and baking powder together.

  3. OATMEAL CRISPS

    Add butter to the mixture, then stir in the beaten egg.

  4. OATMEAL CRISPS

    Using a teaspoon measure, pack mixture in well. Place 3 inches apart on parchment paper(they spread).

  5. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool on pan at least 5 minutes and remove from cookie sheet to crisp up more. .Place in air tight box.
