Guilt-free crackers… Win Win!! Cheddar taste like Cheez-Its, but pepper jack and other cheese flavors work equally well. Adjust cheese to your taste!

  • Package slicesargento ultra thin cheddar

  • pinchpink himalayan salt

How to Make Keto Cheez-It Crackers

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300°.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place 5-6 pieces of sliced cheese (cut into 9 pieces each) onto baking sheet, making mini crackers. Cut them to any size you’d like.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes and then pull them out of the oven to cool.
  5. Crackers must fully cool to crisp and setup properly.
