HONEY ONION VINAIGRETTE
Delicious to have on your favorite salad.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ccanola or light olive oil

  • 1/2 csweet onion , chopped or vidalia (when in season)

  • 1/4 ccider vinegar

  • 1/4 choney

How to Make HONEY ONION VINAIGRETTE

  1. Place one Tablespoon of oil in saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook stirring frequently until browned and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour in cider vinegar and stir well to loosen bits on bottom of pan.
  3. Pour entire contents into blender. Add remaining oil. Blend on high for two minutes until well blended. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
