Dill Pickle Soup

  • 2 Tbspbutter

  • 1/3 cflour

  • 4 cchicken stock

  • 1 cfinely diced pickles

  • 2 Tbsppickle juice

  • 1 Tbspeach sugar, worcestershire sauce and onion powder

  • 4 clovegarlic minced

  • 1 tspeach dill weed, and curry powder

  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper

  • 1 cheavy cream warmed

How to Make Dill Pickle Soup

  1. Add the butter to a stock pot. Stir in the flour and make a roux. Whisk in the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened a bit. Add the pickles, pickle juice, sugar, Worcesterdhire souce, garlic, onion powder, dill weed, curry powder, and white pepper
  2. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and serve.
