Christmas Waldorf Salad We’ve dressed the classic Waldorf salad up for Christmas by swapping out the raisins for festive dried cranberries. A combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise makes the salad creamy while keeping it light.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large sweet apple, diced
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • ⅓ cup walnut halves, toasted and chopped
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries

    Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and salt in a large bowl. Add apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and cranberries; toss to coat.
